The Rainbow Mountain Trek offers opportunities to see a range of wildlife including soaring eagles and caracara falcons. The colorful sandstone mountains in the Vinicunca area are very different from any other landscape you may visit in Peru!

The Rainbow Mountain Peru offers a selection of wildlife including soaring Condors, Vicunas, and Pumas. The colorful sandstone mountain in the “Vinicunca” area is probably the coolest thing you’ll see during this trip. The route achieves a circuit of scale; passing by collars located between 4,710 and 5,020 masl. The Rainbow Mountain Trek begins after a 3-hour drive from Cusco to Qesihunu Community.
