How to Cleanse Rose Quartz

You will know how amazing the crystals are when we have them on. In this blog, I am going to introduce you to simple ways to recharge and refresh your beautiful necklace, ring, or bracelet of quartz using nature resources. Before doing so, I want to present a little information regarding rose quartz and people who have never used it will learn about it.

Rose quartz is a natural stone associated with healing the heart chakra as well as it is a great remedy for love life particularly self-love. Carrying the stone with you, can boost your mood and empower a happy state throughout the day and night. You can have this crystal on you as a necklace, bracelet, earring, or ring no matter if it does wonders.

Sunlight

The source of the sun is generally great for energizing any crystal, however notably for rose quartz the energy of the sunlight. How to do it best? The best is to place the crystal in an area where the rays of the sun will not cause any harm to the stone. For example, you can put it on a table in your garden or anywhere where there is a sufficient amount of sunlight for at least an hour.

Waterlands

My personal favorite is holding the stone in running water. The best is doing it in mother nature. If you happen to visit a river or any spring, then hold the stone for at least 10 mins under the flow of the river or the running spring.

Furthermore, if you are someone who lives in the city and does not always encounter or go near rivers or natural water sources, the park’s fountain can be another great source of running water to relieve the vibes of rose quartz. There is circulatory running water in the pool which can be used to cleanse rose quartz or for any crystal.

Soil

We mentioned the sun’s energy and the wondrous effect of the water, now let’s discuss the benefits of the energy of the earth. Thus, you can reactivate and purify your quartz just by burying it in sand or in a place that is rich with greens. A good example can be the park or a botanical garden. You can put inside sand or soil in your own garden as well. All you have to do is to make a hole, place the stone in it and let it stay for at least one night there. Wake up in the morning, take it back, rinse any dust from it and it is ready.

Conclusion

We discussed a few fantastic methods of clearing your rose stone. The article was based on removing the bad vibes of the quartz using our basic elements of nature that is sunlight, the sources of flowing waters, and finally mother earth.
