Forget the Fatigue in No Time
Hi its your motivational author CreativeWriterGirl, I am going to tell you some well-working methods to revive your vitality and start your normal day as usual.
In our lives even if we are very healthy have no physical issues, at times we end up in mental fatigue or a condition called burnout. Burnout interrupts our daily activities and we feel like we are totally drained unable to complete job tasks, to give and receive love with our close ones etc. Here are some of the ways to prevent burnout.
Get Moving
You think if you are feeling tired you have to lay in bed or just have a passive rest to get healthy, but no. You can try anything active other than the thing which caused you burnout such as your main job.
Some good examples of healthy movement activities can be making crafting a creative jewel box or yoga exercises, or dancing. One of my personal favourite yoga poses are happy baby pose and child’s pose. (See below)
Eat Kiwi & Avocado
As a fruit kiwi is not only a good fruit for body detox but also can be an amazing option for empowering your organism with rich vitamins. The effects of oxidative stress or any sort of physical or mental fatigue will be diminished significantly.
The same can be said for avocados. During stressful times we are more inclined to get heart disease or blood pressure problems than the other times. Avocado can be one of the greatest remedies to minimize the danger of the following illnesses during burnout.
I think you can eat these two fruits as much as you want unless you don’t have a serious precaution.
Hug
Well, you might have expected something else here, however this one is going to energize you for sure. Life is all about giving and talking energy. Hugging someone daily you love will boost your body’s functioning back. That someone can be your mom, your dad, your lover or even your cutie pet.
Don’t Think & Sleep
Now you might say, it is easy to advise us not to think. How can we do it? I know it is a tough task preliminary. For the beginning, you can do this: at first practice to not think only 2 minutes a day, then the next day try not to think 4 minutes a day and add up mins respectfully in upcoming days. As a structure or space to look at while trying not to think anything you can use a single little tiny spot on a wall or on a table or simply draw one on a piece of paper and stare at it. While you are staring at it, try to freeze your senses and gradually extend the duration as the days pass.
This will enhance your clarity, reduce stress levels as well as enhance the quality of your sleep.
In conclusion, if you follow the four amazing tips for forgetting burnout above, nothing can weaken you in life.
