The Ultimate Sales Machine: Turbocharge Your Business with Relentless Focus on 12 Key Strategies Book By Chet Holmes has been named “one of the top 20 experts in foreign exchange in the country”. He helps his clients to blow up the competition and their expectations. And his advice starts with a simple concept: focus! Instead of trying to master 4,000 strategies to improve your business, focus on the few essential skill areas that make a big difference.
Too many managers jump into each new trend but don’t get any of them. Instead, Holmes says, focus on twelve critical areas for improvement, one at a time, and practice them over and over again with stubborn discipline.
The Ultimate Sales Machine shows you how to fine-tune and improve virtually every part of your business by spending just one hour per week in each impact area you want to improve. Just like a tennis player who hits only backhand shots for a few hours a week to perfect his game, he can systematically improve every key area.
Holmes offers proven strategies for:
• Management: Teach your people to work smarter, not harder
• Marketing: Get more benefits from your website, advertising, trade shows, and public relations.
• Sales – Perfect every sales interaction by working on sales, not just sales
The Ultimate Sales Machine will put you and your company on the path to success and help them stay there!

Book Review
Chet not only knows more and better ways to increase sales than probably anyone else but even more importantly, he has the systems that make his concepts realistic and easy to implement. Most of the books I have read about business growth are interesting. But this man’s stuff is great outside the park.
