Who Made Me a Princess (어느 날 공주가 되어버렸다, Eoneu nal gongjuga doeobeolyeossda) is a popular Korean webtoon series illustrated by Spoon, based on the Pluto web novel of the same name. The series premiered on Ridibooks on December 20, 2017, with 46 episodes released in the first season. It returned with a second season on July 10, 2019, releasing 35 episodes. The webtoon Dough released four chapters for the season 3 premiere on November 30, 2020.
Story
Who Made Me a Princess follows the journey of Athanasia de Alger Obelia, a South Korean girl who was reincarnated in the fictional story The Lovely Princess as the abandoned princess of the Obelia Empire. In the story, Athanasia is mercilessly executed by her ruthless father, Emperor Claude of Alger Obelia, falsely accused of poisoning her beloved princess, Jennette Margaret. To avoid that cruel fate, Athanasia decides that she must build a relationship based on affection between her and her new father to survive.
Who Made Me a Princess Anime Release Date
During the iQiyi World Conference on May 10, 2023, the highly anticipated PV (promotional video) of the anime adaptation of Who Made Me a Princess was unveiled. The anime’s release date is scheduled for 2024, and the production and animation studio behind it is Colored Pencil Animations. Notably, the anime is a collaborative effort between iQiyi and Kuaikan. Surprisingly, the animation appears to be of exceptional quality, promising an exciting viewing experience for fans.
